I've just purchase and picked up my new Ford Territory from Ballarat Car Sales and what an experience. From my first initial call with Alex, to the test drive and then pick up ran so smoothly. After owning my 2006 Ford focus for less than 2 months. I encountered the engine light and a common problem with this car. Rang Alex after feeling like i was getting ripped off massively by normal mechanic. He took time out of his day ran the car to 2 mechanics and got quotes. Significantly cheaper. Also offered me a loan car while my car was off the road. Alex's customer service and customer care is amazing. More people should look at how he looks after his customers and sales people would probably get a much better name. Also huge thanks to Eden at Edge Automotive for there professional and speedy work.

Alex showed genuine interest in my needs and although initially went in to look at a completely different vehicle, I ended up with something I hadn’t even considered. Honestly, I test drove a car to humor him and fell in love with the car immediately and I haven’t looked back! We happened to drop past Ballarat Car Sales whilst heading to the address of the privately owned car we were looking at.After chatting with Frank at the car yard and asking advice about the car we were going to look at he offered to look it over for us for our ease of mind.He had no obligation to help us out as we weren't buying the car from his dealership, but out of the kindness of his heart offered to help put my son's mind at ease about the car we were considering buying.After offering to give him some compensation for taking time out of his day to help us he refused but asked that we simply pass on good word of mouth about his business.Well here it is, I highly recommend Frank and his yard and truly thank him for the help he provided us with the purchase of the vehicle we made as he had no obligation to do so and didn't want anything in return after spending 30 minutes checking the car out mechanically for us.Thanks Frank, you are a true gentleman!!!

I Bought a 2008 Ford from here after a lot of research of which yard to go to and not get stitched up. I've waited 2 months and can say my research was worth it. The Car is a good solid car with no dodgy suprises. They did the ball joints before sale for me and new rear tyres. I got a very fair deal and overall I would happily go back there again, next time. Alex is a decent bloke. Worth a look !

I don’t usually do reviews on google but I had such great experience with this company I thought I should share it here, whilst visiting family in Ballarat we stumbled across Ballarat Car Sales and stopped in to have a look, we were greeted warmly by Alex and set out to look at his stock, there was a large variety of cars onsite and all looked like they were of very good quality and very well presented, I was interested in two different cars and took both for a test drive, on returning I was still undecided and said to Alex I would think about it overnight, we chatted for awhile he was very informative, knowledgeable and just an all-round good bloke, I really appreciated that he was able to answer my questions in terms I understand and at no time I ever felt any pressure. Overnight I did some online research just to be sure, then made my decision and returned the following morning to make the purchase, the paperwork was done fast, the car was spotless and ready to go, super easy experience and I drove away a very happy customer, with a great car at a great price with after sales support for total peace of mind.
